The Lowe’s Loyalty Rewards program is open to all customers aged 18 and over. Enrollment is free of charge and can be completed in-store or online.
You can stay informed about upcoming promotions by following our social media pages, advertisements, and in-store signage to see the latest deals for loyalty members and more.
There is no limit to the number of points you can earn on your account, and points expire after one year.
If the card is lost or unavailable, points can still be accrued by providing the phone number associated with the cardholder. To redeem points without the card, a valid Government-issued ID is required to verify account ownership.
Members may receive discounts on purchases through point accrual and redemption, exclusive offers, early access to sales, and special promotions. Benefits are subject to change at the discretion of Lowe’s Pharmacy.
Members earn points for every dollar spent on eligible purchases at Lowe’s Pharmacy. Points are accrued at a rate of two points per dollar spent, unless otherwise specified during promotions.
Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases at the cashier. The redemption rate is $1 for every 100 points. Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between members, and you need at least 100 points, equivalent to $1, to redeem rewards on a purchase.
Yes! You can go in-store and speak to a member of staff to fill out the replacement form, free of charge
Only discountable items are eligible to earn points. Please note that discounts and loyalty points cannot be applied on the same transaction.
Terms and Conditions
Members are responsible for keeping their account information up-to-date. Account activity, including point balance and redemption history, can be viewed on your receipt or at the cashier. Lowe’s Pharmacy reserves the right to terminate or modify the program and its terms at any time without prior notice, and any changes will be communicated to members via email or in-store announcements.
Member information will be used in accordance with Lowe’s Pharmacy’s Privacy Policy. Personal data will be handled securely and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
