Contact Your Location

Select your preferred location’s WhatsApp link. 

Step 2

For a new prescription (or one being filled at Lowe’s Pharmacy for the first time):

Please provide a clear picture of the prescription along with the Patient’s:
- Name
- Address
- Date of Birth
- Insurance information (If applicable)

For a medication that has been filled at Lowe’s Pharmacy before:

Please provide the patient’s:
- Name
- Date of Birth
- The items to be refilled

Step 3

Pick Up!

Pick up your prescription at the given time by one of our Pharmacists on Duty. Be sure to bring the original copy of the photographed prescription.
