Refunds

Due to the nature of our business and the products that we sell, Lowe’s Pharmacy Ltd does not issue cash refunds. However, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement of equal value if the product’s expiry date has passed, or for issues with regards to the quality of the product. We take great care not to sell expired products, but if for some reason you have received a product which has expired or has a quality issue, please communicate this to us within 7 days of purchase. We also require the product to be returned for inspection. Family Island purchases will require photos of the expired or defective product for perishable items.

For non-perishable products, we require the return within 7 days of purchase along with the item in its original condition. Approved refunds will be issued for store credit.

Short-shipped items must be reported to us no more than 24 hours after receipt of shipment. A credit or back order will be issued once verified.

Please note that all original shipping & delivery charges are non-refundable once the order has shipped, and generally, Lowe's Pharmacy, will not be liable for shipping or delivery costs.

Cancellations

To cancel a delivery order, you can contact our Shipping Department by calling our office at (242) 396-7000 or emailing pharmacysales@loweswholesale.com at the earliest opportunity.

For in-store purchases and pick-up, customers are required to count and inspect their order before leaving as we will not be responsible for discrepancies or improper handling of the product once it leaves the warehouse.

Should you wish to cancel your order, we will make every attempt to accommodate your request.
