Step 2: Share the Prescription Details
New Prescriptions (or first-time fills at Lowe’s Pharmacy):
Send a clear photo of the prescription along with the following details:
- Patient’s Full Name.
- Patient's Address.
- Patient's Date of Birth.
- Insurance Information (if applicable).
Refills for Existing Prescriptions:
- Patient's Full Name.
- Patient's Date of Birth.
- Name of the medication(s) to be refilled.
Step 3: Pick Up Your Prescription
Once your prescription is ready, you’ll receive a notification. Visit the pharmacy at the specified time to pick up your medication. Don’t forget to bring the original prescription for any new medications!
